FCA's 3-Dimensional Coaching Approach

Philosophically, we believe that if our sole purpose is to “win at all costs” then we will be limited by short-range, outcome-based thinking that views mistakes as failure and that failure is final. Instead, we choose to focus on the growth of each athlete as an individual. Our mission is to help each athlete become the best they can be in each of the three dimensions of an athlete: Fundamentals (Physical), Psychology (Mind) and Heart (Holism). We strive for excellence in development and believe that winning is the result of the development of all three dimensions and in striving for excellence.

Using the FCA three-dimension philosophy, we believe that the result will be fully developed athletes prepared to selflessly compete in any venue, not for personal glory but for something much greater than themselves.
